Evaluation Question three

Time warner was originally two companies that joined together called, 'Warner Communications' and 'Time inc' and is now one of the largest media clongomerates in the world, owning many media companies, and with a revenue of over 26Billion dollars in 2010. Time warner is actually a American Company based in New York City, so i would like to have the opportunity to work with there english based companys 'Marketforce' or 'IPC' i think 'IPC' would be a more relevant company to work with because they have produced more urban Magazines including 'Nuts'. Time warner itself have produced one of the most succesful magazines with the same target audience as me 'Vibe' this is why i chose to research this company and would like it to produce my magazine.

Vibe is a multi national selling magazine founded by a producer called Quincy Jones with the same target auidience as me, this makes this a prime magazine for me to use a basis for my magazine. The magazine has most of its succses because it covers a broader range of R&B and Hip Hop then the competitor magazines like 'The Source' and 'XXL'.
